You may upload and manage grave marker photos and associated information for personal or research use only, unless otherwise licensed. Commercial use without a proper license is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.
We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Free trials will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled by you.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including photos and transcribed information. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the platform's services for you.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or use our services for malicious or illegal activities.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
